Despite Indiaís recent leap frogging from the 130th to 100th position in the World Bankís Doing Business Rankings, the countryís present business regulatory environment has significant potential to improve. Many committees have undertaken various studies at the instance of the Government to aid the ëEase of Doing Business (EoDB)í in the country.
